These earrings are made from pure niobium wire. Niobium is the most hypoallergenic metal we know. The finish is created using electricity. It is a form of controlled oxidation. There are no dies or colors added to achieve this finish.

I hand forge the wire and stamp the moon and the star using stamps I made form old car valves. I love to recycle and using old car parts to make unique tools is a great way to go.

The ear wires are made of hypoallergenic titanium and I use the same coloring method to make them blue as i do the rainbow finish on the niobium earrings.

Although similar, each pair of earrings is unique in color and shape. If you have a particular color in mind, I can also make these in just one color. Please contact me for any color variation you may wish for.
